Mamba, Afisha.ru, HeadHunter and Molotok.ru Implement OMF in Their Email Notifications

27 July 2010. Dating service Mamba.ru, lifestyle website Afisha.ru, online-recruiting site HeadHunter.ru and internet auction Molotok.ru will implement OMF in their notifications to their users.

Users can effectively work with their newsletters, promotions, alerts and other notifications right in list of email on Mail.Ru site.

There’s no need to open notifications emails — user will see sender logotype or user pic, subject, few important text lines and direct links: “Reset password”, “Confirm registration” (on dating site) or “See comments” etc.

“We welcome the new standard. We anticipate that due to this standard user experience of email becomes even more efficient and user friendly. Consequently this is a highly positive initiative for popular websites which regularly send notifications to users — we estimate, this might significantly increase the response rate”, says Olesya Kuznetsova, Head of PR department of Mamba.ru
